Training Policy

MSP will provide opportunities for training Security Operatives and Clients alike. When appropriate we will encourage refresher and upgrade courses are taken.

1. We understand the importance of development and know it plays a key part in achieving our company goals.

2. We shall ensure that approved, qualified trainers deliver all the courses.

3. We will make sure re-fresher courses are available if wanted.

4. We will display all available courses and training dates at our office at all times.

5. We will provide each venue with a detailed training manual
