MSP Ltd endeavour to carry out the necessary requirements that meet with SIA requirements, British Standards BS 7960:2005 for Door Supervisors, BS EN ISO 9002 QMS Auditing and BS 7858:2006 for Security Vetting / Screening.

1. As a company we will provide all the documentation you require to ensure all required legislation is met and that Security Operatives can perform their duties effectively.

2. We will make all Security Operatives are aware of our company policies; QMS audit requirements and understand our Code of Conduct. This will be signed by them and kept on file by us and a copy will also be given to them.

3. With our hands on approach, venue risk assessment and encouragement for client feedback we will constantly look for ways to develop and improve our tailor made service.

4. We will strive to be the most professional and committed company in our field, resulting in longstanding relationships and commitment on both sides.
