The General Role Description of all career opportunities with MSP Security is outlined below:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Legal duties: - Beverage licensing laws; health & safety legislations.
• Fire prevention & Evacuation / Bomb procedures.
• Conflict Management

Tackling Drunkenness & Violence:

• Observation and monitoring techniques to reduce the risk of disruption
• Communication and behavioural skills in conflict resolution and management
• Basic restraint and self defence techniques

Drug Awareness:

• Recognising possible drug dealers and users in the venue
• Working with management and other partnerships on preventative measures
• First aid considerations

Fire Safety:

• Preventing fires
• Safe action in the event of a fire
• Action on hearing the alarm
• Evacuation procedures and means of escape
• Fire extinguishers and their correct uses
• Compliance with current legislations
