The MSP management team has numerous years of experience in implementing, co-ordinating and overseeing the security industry for a variety of Blue Chip companies and Prestigious Venues. Also they have specialised in the provisions of protection at various Special Events, Themed Concept Bars, Leisure Clubs, Building Sites, Hotels and Restaurants nationwide for many years.

At board level, MSP jointly has over 60 years of expertise in the security industry. Collectively, MSP management team are educated to degree level and have accreditations with the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and The British Institute of Inn keeping. Security training advisors/consultants, business advisors, project managers and an ex-licensee of 11 years are all available to bring their practical experience and knowledge to your business.

MSP are a pro-active management team who continually monitor and support all their contractors by direct personal involvement. MSP can ensure complete satisfaction and safety is met by completing security risk assessments, by being focused on their individual requirements and holding regular meetings at management level.

Personnel contracted by us are all professionals and those who have chosen a career in security. Others representing us are drawn from a myriad of other backgrounds, all of which are given credence through careful vetting and regular training in line with trade body regulations (SIA, BIIAB, SITO, and BSI). They are all SIA trained, badged and registered.

The MSP management team have close relations with key partnerships and regularly liaise with local authorities such as the Business Improvement District (BID), licensing bodies, police, street wardens, pub-watch members and Retail Crime Organisation (RTO) so to ensure preferred procedures, legislation and constant communication is upheld. MSP welcomes any new regulations set by the SIA and believes that it will raise the profile of the security industry and is an integral part of its ongoing development.

We believe that your ‘ideal’ is to keep your venue safe and secure whilst encouraging an environment synonymous with being fun and stylish and in compliance with your brand image. We trust that in order to facilitate the correct atmosphere, security personnel who adopt a non-intimidating manner should welcome your customers as ‘GREETERS’ rather than traditional ‘bouncers/doormen’. They will be required to assist with all the concerns linked with an enterprise of this type. It is understood these tasks should be completed in a fashion sympathetic to the current client and brand/management requirements.
